Manhunt Minigame

A manhunt minigame with a 15 minute timer to catch the runner. You have the Chaser vs Runner. The runner has 30 seconds to find somewhere to hide and their goal is to get a randomized item in a 50x50 chunk world. They have a random timer betweeen 15-30 minutes to get this item whilst the Chaser spawns after 15 seconds - 1 minute of the round starting giving the runner a head start.

Interesting idea. This sounds like a big project to make, so if this idea was to release, it would be after the initial launch of the server
